JCB JZ141 excavators-Heath diesel engine 60hp
JCB’s new JZ141 is a 14-tonne tracked excavator with the best in class visibility, low emissions and fuel consumption and unrivalled operator comfort.
The excavator has been developed to be easy to use, efficient and reliable – three things that are crucial in a competitive market.
The JZ141 delivers low running costs thanks to its Heath diesel engine. The engine develops 60hp (44kW) at just 2,200rpm for reduced noise and vibration and better fuel economy.
The model has been designed with a new X-frame structure for optimum strength. All hoses have been routed under the cab for better protection, while service access has been improved at the same time.
The JZ141 has the largest cab in its class. The interior is spacious and comfortable with a flat floor and adjustable steering column to suit all operators. There’s also auto air conditioner as standard.
There’s more room than ever before thanks to new rear swing cylinders which have been positioned outside of the counterweight, while an increased upper structure tilt angle gives greater access to attachments underneath the boom.
Centralised greasing points on the upper structure make routine maintenance quick and simple, so you can spend less time.

The JCB brand is a strong one with over 60 years’ experience in the heavy vehicle market. The company offers a range of excavators, including the JCB JZ141, which is fitted with a powerful and reliable V-8 engine to get it up and running. This machine has three forward speeds and a six-speed gearbox. It also has an integrated loading system that can be activated by way of the joystick mounted on the steering column.
It has been designed to offer maximum comfort on the job site by providing greater visibility for the operator in all directions, thanks to the large cab. The cab is also equipped with foot operated swing outs for loader access. The machine is also fitted with a winch and hydraulic jacks for lifting or lowering loads as well as hydraulic steering for better manoeuvrability on uneven terrain.

In order to improve its productivity, the JZ 141 is equipped with up to four hydraulic pumps – a main pump, an auxiliary pump (optional), a drive pump (for the undercarriage) and an attachment pump (optional). The latter two are variable displacement pumps.
The main pump supplies the bucket cylinders and the arm cylinders with oil. It can be used for additional functions too. Thanks to the integrated pressure reduction, high flows of up to 190 litres per minute are available at low pressures – for example for the use of hydraulic attachments such as vibro-hammers.
If you want to operate additional hydraulic equipment, you can choose from two additional hydraulic circuits: A single-acting auxiliary circuit is located in the boom as standard. The flow rate is 110 litres per minute at 2,200 bar.
Alternatively, a double-acting auxiliary circuit is also available on request. With this option, a second main valve is installed directly on the boom which controls two additional double-acting spool valves via radio remote control (Proportional Control System). Flow rates of up to 120 litres per minute at 400 bar are available here.
JCB JZ141 excavators-The machine is characterized by a minimal tail swing radius to be able to work in confined spaces and it is equipped with a reinforced boom and undercarriage.
A reduced tail swing makes these machines ideal for working on challenging terrain without risk of damage to public property or other equipment. This machine has also been equipped with an advanced hydraulic system to increase both production and fuel efficiency.
These machines have been designed to be extremely versatile, but at the same time, they have been designed and manufactured for maximum durability and reliability in order to increase your return on investment (ROI). JCB is known around the world for their high-quality machines that last for many years and deliver high production rates day after day.
JCB JZ141 excavators-The JCB JZ141 features an efficient powertrain that is perfectly matched to the engines high torque characteristics, which means the machine has higher levels of productivity, efficiency and performance.
The JCB JZ141 uses a powerful engine and transmission combination to provide exceptional productivity and fuel economy in a Tier 4 Final package.
Powerful and efficient
Combining high torque with low rpm means the machine can be worked as hard and fast as possible, without undue stress on the engine or drive system.
The JCB Ecomax engine uses cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) for Tier 4 emissions compliance, allowing fuel savings of up to 15% (compared with Tier 3).
A single pickup fuel pump feeds both injectors, facilitating ultra-rapid injection. The result is excellent power delivery and very low fuel consumption.
