The Turolla SNP3/SEP3 is available in single-acting or double-acting configurations with a choice of fixed displacement or variable displacement. In addition to its corrosion resistance, the new Turolla SNP3/SEP3 hydraulic pump features an integrated electronics unit (IEU) which provides real-time monitoring and diagnostics capabilities through an embedded web server, eliminating the need for separate external equipment.

The IEU also provides access to configuration parameters via a simple web interface or a local serial connection which allows field engineers to configure the pump without needing physical access to the device itself.

The SNP3|SEP3 has been designed to be used in many different applications, from heavy duty industrial equipment to high pressure water transfer systems. The pump is suitable for use with liquid media such as water, oil and glycols as well as other fluids such as air and steam.

The SNP3|SEP3 is an oil-lubricated motorised diaphragm pump. It features an integrated pressure switch that activates the motor when pressure rises above 5 bar (70 psi). The pump can be operated in either forward or reverse direction by means of reversing valves installed in the discharge line.

The design incorporates a centrifugal impeller with a high efficiency impeller wheel to maximise efficiency under all operating conditions. The unit is supplied complete with a double-seal piston ring gland which prevents leakage even under high pressures. An integral relief valve allows overpressure protection during operation and ensures safe drainage of residual fluid after shutdown.
