Bobcat t590 is not moving

I have a bobcat t590. I have been having issues with it moving. I will be moving and all of a sudden it starts losing power, the screen flashes like it is about to die and it just sits there for a few seconds. After that it will start moving again but very slow. It also loses its power steering when this happens. If I put it in reverse then back into forward, it will work for a few minutes then do it again.

I have changed the fuel filter, cleaned the injection pump and the lines going to each injector, and checked oil level in the tank. The oil level is fine and no signs of water in the tank. I am not sure what else can be wrong with this thing.

Bobcat t590 is not lighting up

I’m so confused with this machine. It’s a 2019 T590. We have had it for 2 months and when we bought it the gage did not work. So I’m guessing that’s why the hour meter doesn’t say anything but zero. But here is my problem. It will crank fine and even run fine, but when you turn the key on it doesn’t light up. No lights or anything. The only way to get the panel to come on is to turn the key on, press in the parking brake pedal, then press in on the foot pedal with your toe. At that point it lights up every thing and works great. But if you turn it off and back on it’s dark again. I tried turning off all switches like headlights, rear work light, etc and nothing changes when doing that. I checked all fuses under seat and all are good. I’m at a loss what else to check

Bobcat t590 electrical problems

I have a Bobcat T590 that has been to the shop twice for electrical issues. The first time was when my machine would not shut off and the second time the seat bar switch had failed. After two trips to the dealer I am not convinced they ever found any problems with either issue. It is in their shop again with another electrical issue that I am not satisfied with the diagnosis.

The problem is that once in a while when you turn on the key (without starting) every warning light on the panel will come on. Usually this happens after sitting overnight if it is going to happen at all. This includes things like seat bar, seatbelt, and air filter lights. The only lights that do not come on are the ones that are illuminated when you turn on the key (the glow plug light and battery light). If you start it, everything works fine and no lights remain on until you turn it off and then back on again (which I don’t do).

The dealer says they can find nothing wrong when they look at it. They checked things like grounds, switched power supplies, etc.. They say there is no code stored in the computer but I guess I wish they would dig deeper into why there is such a problem in these machines.
