Rexroth hydraulic pump series A17FO,A18VO,A20VG is a kind of double-acting piston pump, which is installed to the machine tool spindle directly. It is suitable for use in high speed and large displacement requirements. The motor drives the crosshead through a gearbox to drive the piston rod back and forth. The working fluid passes through the suction valve and then enters into the cylinder through the suction pipe, and finally exits from the discharge valve and flows out of the discharge pipe.
The Rexroth A17FO series of single input single output double acting hydraulic pump is designed for applications requiring high flow rates at moderate pressures or low flows at high pressures. The A17FO series can operate at high speeds with low noise levels due to its high efficiency design.

A17FO, A18VO and A20VG are fixed axial piston pump using swash-plate design for hydrostatic transmission in open circuit. The pump is suitable for industrial and agricultural applications, where it can be used to transmit hydraulic power from a low pressure source to a high pressure destination. In addition, the pump can also be used in closed circuit applications.
The pumps are offered with two different types of swash plates: one with an integrated seal ring groove and one without this groove. The seals are designed to be lubricated by oil mist from the cylinder walls. This reduces the tendency for leakage from these seals when compared to conventional designs using piston rings.
The pumps have a flange at each end with mounting holes that allow them to be bolted directly onto a mounting plate or base plate for stationary applications or onto a mechanical drive train for mobile applications.
The standard version has an inner bore diameter of 40 mm (1-5/8″). A smaller version with a bore diameter of 30 mm (1″) is also available as an option.

The charge pump is a special type of DC-to-DC converter that can be used to generate high voltages from low voltages, or vice versa. A charge pump is typically composed of an NMOS transistor and a PMOS transistor which are connected in series. The NMOS transistor is turned on when the signal to its gate is high, while the PMOS transistor is turned on when its gate signal is low. Due to their complementary nature, these two transistors will switch states at the same time and produce a net current flow through both transistors. This allows the charge pump to generate a voltage step down from a higher input voltage to a lower output voltage.
The charge pump can be used as an amplifier as well as a converter because it has feedback loops built into it. These loops allow the charge pump to regulate its own output voltage by comparing it against some reference voltage source (such as one of its inputs). By using these feedback loops, the charge pump can control its output voltage by changing its input signals so that they correspond with these reference voltages.

The bearings of the pump can be mounted on both sides, so that they can be installed in any direction. The pump is supplied as a complete unit and includes an integrated pre-lubrication system. The oil tank is integrated into the housing of the pump. The operating principle of this pump is based on centrifugal forces which are generated by a flange wheel at high speeds. This principle enables high volumetric flow rates and low pressure losses even at low speeds, which results in high efficiency and low power consumption.
● The PV7-1X/12-30RE01MC0-08 gear pump is used to supply the charge pressure to the hydraulic pump of series A17FO,A18VO and A20VG.
The PV7-1X/12-30RE01MC0-08 gear pump is a hydraulic component that converts rotary power into linear motion. It consists of a cylinder, piston rod and gears. The cylinders are internally ribbed to reduce friction loss. The pistons are also ribbed on the internal surface for better thermal conductivity between the piston and liner. The pistons have an oil ring groove for lubricating the piston rod bearings by supplying a thin film of oil at all times.
● The gear pump PGF2-2X/008RE07VE3 is used as an inlet regulator to limit the maximum oil flow rate into the hydraulic pump.
The gear pump is designed for use with hydraulic systems operating at pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi). The gear pump can be connected directly to the hydraulic system, or alternatively via a pressure reducer.
The product range includes two different types of gear pumps: single stage and two stage. Single stage models are used when a high flow with low pressure is required, while two stage units are suitable for applications requiring both high flow and pressure.
