Komatsu PC78US-11-Approved ROPS/FOPS cab or canopy

Approved ROPS/FOPS cab or canopy

A Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS) is a structure which prevents the overturning of a vehicle and protects the occupants from impact with the ground. A Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) is a structure over a ROPS that provides additional protection from falling objects.

ROPS are mandatory on agricultural tractors, forestry tractors and certain specialist vehicles where the likelihood of rollover is high, such as many forklift trucks.

The most common design for a simple ROPS is a sturdy frame to which the seat and controls are attached, so that if the vehicle overturns, these accessories are not crushed by the chassis or engine. The next stage of sophistication is to mount the frame on hinges or telescopic struts so that it will collapse in stages rather than break off cleanly at its mounting points in an accident.

Structure:

The primary member of a ROPS is usually steel tubing, although structural steel I beams have also been used. Either can be designed to meet recognized engineering standards, such as ISO 3471, AS 1636 and others. The most commonly used tube sizes are 2-inch diameter (typically made from schedule 80 pipe) or 2.

The first end of the front suspension member is attached to the seat frame, while the second end of the front suspension member is located within a first cavity defined by the side edges, front edges and rear edge of the seat frame. A headrest is attached to the seat frame and includes a support member that extends upwardly from the headrest. The support member has an upper portion that defines at least one slot, wherein at least one strap is secured in place within each slot. A retractable seat belt assembly is attached to either of the headrest or the seat frame.

Komatsu PC78US-11-Machine lighting package includes front and rear lamps and hazard lamp

1, Emergency lighting switch: the emergency lighting switch is used to implement the emergency lighting system of the vehicle.

2, Lighting fuse: The position and function of the fuse are shown in the vehicle electrical diagram. When each circuit of the car fails, first check whether the corresponding circuit has an abnormally large current consumption, if it is an abnormally large current consumption, first check whether there is a short circuit between the load and ground. If there is a short circuit between the load and ground, replace with a working no-fuse wire. After replacing the working no-fuse wire, check whether there is still a short circuit between the load and ground. If there is no short circuit between the load and ground, remove all loads of this circuit one by one and check whether there is a short circuit between them and ground to find out which load has a short-circuit fault. Replace this load with a good one to solve the problem. If there is still a short circuit between any two loads, first use work no-fuse line to replace it for inspection. If there is still a short circuit between them after changing to work no-fuse line, it can prove that they are both faulty loads or bad wiring connections, so they are replaced.
